There are other loans on the market aimed at people who have a low credit rating and can’t get a loan on the high street.  For instance, there are loans for people with bad credit which can include both tenant and homeowner loans – even low rating credit cards are on offer.  Many of these allow the borrower to build up their credit rating but failure to pay them off could mean an even worse credit score.
